At OneSeven Tech, we’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to help lead and coordinate client delivery across multiple accounts. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams—ensuring smooth execution of projects, clear communication, and timely delivery.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and client stakeholders to define priorities, manage timelines, run agile ceremonies, and proactively surface risks and opportunities. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about clarity, communication, and process.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Facilitate agile ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews & Retrospectives
- Manage project timelines, backlog, and resource allocation in ClickUp
- Produce end-of-sprint and monthly status reports
- Ensure app testing is completed pre-UAT and post-release
- Remove blockers within 24 hours or escalate with a clear action plan
Client Communication & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—owning all stakeholder comms
- Respond to client inquiries within 4 business hours
- Lead all stakeholder meetings and ensure timely delivery of updates and presentations
- Collect bi-weekly feedback via forms or calls
- Proactively surface risks and present data-driven decision support (e.g., pro/con tables)
- Document all key client decisions and maintain transparent, accessible communication
Growth & Delivery
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with sales team on proposals for expanded services
- Create quarterly executive summaries for each account
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in product and/or project management roles
- Experience managing client relationships and remote teams
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Trello
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects
- Comfortable working EST hours in a remote setting
- Excellent written and verbal English
Nice to Have
- Background in digital product studios or client-service environments
- Experience in SaaS or startup environments
- Prior exposure to business analysis, delivery management, or account management
- Experience using Loom, Slack, Figma, Google Slides

- Starting at $1500 - $2000 depending on qualifications and experience
