Project Brief
We are looking for a high-agency, "hungry" Product Manager to drive delivery across 2 to 3 dynamic products simultaneously. This is a role for someone with true startup energy who thrives on context switching and moving fast. You will be responsible for taking ideas from research to user testing and final delivery, ensuring no task is ever forgotten in the process.
Must-Haves
High Level of Agency: A self-starter who takes complete ownership of outcomes without needing constant hand-holding.
Startup Experience: Proven track record working in a fast-paced startup or a scaling enterprise where you managed multiple workstreams.
Product Lifecycle Mastery: Strong skills in product research, ideation, user testing, and project management.
Impeccable Organization: You are a delivery-focused manager who never lets a task slip through the cracks.
English Fluency: Advanced level for seamless communication and collaboration with US-based stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Healthcare or Real Estate sectors.
Multi-Product Management: Experience simultaneously managing different products with distinct user bases.
Technical Literacy: Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery.
What You Will Do
Drive Multi-Product Delivery: Manage the roadmap and execution for 2 to 3 distinct products.
Lead Research & Ideation: Conduct user testing and market research to transform raw ideas into actionable features.
Maintain High Execution Standards: Ensure project management is tight, tasks are tracked, and deadlines are met consistently.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to understand the "why" behind every business problem.
Scale with the Project: Start as a high-impact fractional contributor with the opportunity to scale to full-time based on performance.
