About the Role:
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in our client's product development. This engagement will have you working with the OST team but for our service called Integrated Roles, which operates in a model similar to staff augmentation. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining web or mobile applications, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and managing servers. Regularly updating documentation and unit tests for QA will be part of your responsibilities, along with adhering to OST development procedures like pull requests, branch naming, and time tracking on ClickUp Tickets. If the engagement goes well, there is a possibility for this role to transition from contract to full time hire.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience working as Fullstack Developer
- Intermediate English level (important)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work 9am -5pm EST
- Provide your own workspace with reliable Internet service
- Passionate about the startup environment and eager to learn
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills
- Ability to quickly adapt, learn, and solve problems
- Team player, willing to jump outside of their role to help the greater team.
- Ability to research as you work

- Agile + Scrum Methodology knowledge

Technical Requirements:
- Programming experience working with a modern frontend framework like React Native and NextJS
- Experience with frontend libraries like React or React Native for mobile
- Experience with framer motion, material UI or other UI libraries
- Familiarity with Figma
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Experience with typescript
- Expertise in writing and integrating REST APIs
- GIT + GitHub experience
- Experience working with Linux OS is a must
- Experience with MySQL is a must
- Experience with PostgreSQL is preferred
- Experience working with Docker is preferred
- Experience with Terraform is preferred
- Experience with unit testing is preferred
- Must have AWS experience
- Experience with CI/CD
- Debugging skills using logs (sentry/aws/etc)
- Knowledge of web security best practices.
