Project Brief
We are partnering with a global healthcare IT consulting firm — a recognized leader in Epic implementation and support — to build a nearshore delivery hub in Mexico and Costa Rica. This team will implement, configure, and support Epic EHR systems for major US hospital networks. You will be an early member of a team projected to grow from 8–10 analysts in Year 1 to 100+ by Year 2 — this is a ground-floor opportunity in a high-stakes, high-visibility engagement.
Must-Haves
- Epic certification or proficiency in one or more Revenue Cycle modules: Resolute PB, Resolute HB, Grand Central, Prelude, or Cadence
- 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring or supporting Epic Revenue Cycle workflows
- Solid understanding of healthcare financial operations: patient registration, scheduling, billing, claims, and collections
- Strong English proficiency — professional-level verbal and written communication for daily collaboration with US-based teams and hospital clients
- Based in Mexico or Costa Rica, available to work full-time from a secure, on-site office
- Valid US visa or passport — travel to Madison, Wisconsin for Epic certification training is required
Nice to Have
- Experience with healthcare insurance verification, coding, and claims management
- Prior background in EHR implementation, go-live support, or system optimization
- Experience working with US-based clients or in nearshore delivery models
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, IT, or a related field
- Experience on other EHR platforms (Cerner, Allscripts, MEDITECH) with strong healthcare domain knowledge
What You Will Do
- Configure and optimize Revenue Cycle workflows within Epic — including patient registration, scheduling, billing, claims, and financial reporting
- Partner with clinical and financial teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and implement system changes
- Support Epic implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live optimization initiatives
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend sustainable solutions
- Participate in testing cycles — unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing
- Develop and maintain documentation, workflow maps, and training materials
- Represent the engagement professionally in all interactions with hospital clients and end users
Why You'll Want This Role

- Stable, long-term engagement — This is a minimum 1-year contract with a clear path to long-term placement.
Benefits & Compensation
- 💵 $2,500 – $5,500/month — paid in USD, bi-weekly via Deel
