Project Brief

OneSeven Tech is a digital product agency helping startups and enterprises build and scale software. We sell to VPs of Engineering, CTOs, and technical leaders at established B2B SaaS companies — and we need a sharp BDR to own the top of our sales funnel. This is a strategic outbound role, not a numbers game. You'll be the bridge between marketing and sales, turning outbound prospecting into sales-ready leads for our Founder/CEO.

Must-Haves

  • Fluent English — written and verbal (you'll be reaching US-based executives daily)
  • 3+ years in a sales, SDR/BDR, or customer-facing role
  • Strong email copywriting and multi-step sequence management
  • Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive or similar) — clean data, no exceptions
  • Available to work US hours (9am–5pm EST)
  • Basic understanding of B2B SaaS and software development
  • High resilience and comfort with rejection
  • Self-starter mentality — you'll be building this function, not following a playbook

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling technical services (staff augmentation, consulting, software development)
  • Experience with cold email tools (Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist)
  • Experience with LinkedIn automation (Meet Alfred, Hey Reach, Dripify)
  • Understanding of AI/ML landscape and terminology
  • Previous experience at a digital agency or software consultancy

What You Will Do

  • Research and identify target accounts matching our ICP using LinkedIn, job boards, and sales databases
  • Execute multi-channel outbound outreach — cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Manage cold email campaigns across 30 domains with 1,500+ emails/day capacity
  • Qualify leads based on budget, need, timeline, team structure, and fit
  • Book discovery meetings for qualified opportunities and prep briefs for the Founder
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report weekly on pipeline and experiments
  • Run 2–3 outreach experiments per week and collaborate with leadership to refine messaging
